Global regulatory framework

• This course provides an overview of the South African National Technical Regulatory Framework (NTRF) as it relates to the WTO Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade. Emphasis is placed on transparency, consultation, and stakeholder participation in the development and implementation of technical regulations. Participants will gain insight into the principles, institutions, and consultative mechanisms that underpin good regulatory practice in South Africa.
