Good data management practices apply to all elements of the pharmaceutical quality system, and the principles herein apply equally to data generated by electronic, paper-based, and hybrid systems. Poor data integrity practices and vulnerabilities compromise the quality of records and evidence, potentially undermining the quality of medicinal products. The objective of this course is to provide an understanding of the GMP regulations regarding data integrity.
