Sampling processes & military standard

This course provides a comprehensive understanding of statistical sampling processes and acceptance sampling based on Military Standards (MIL-STD), with emphasis on MIL-STD-105E (sampling procedures for inspection by attributes) and the principles now reflected in ANSI/ASQ Z1.4. Participants will learn how to develop and implement statistically valid sampling plans for raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished products. The course also covers sampling techniques, sample size determination, Acceptable Quality Level (AQL), inspection levels, acceptance and rejection criteria, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and quality management systems.
