The Operator Requalification Program is designed to ensure licensed reactor operators (RO) and senior reactor operators (SRO) maintain their competence through periodic assessments including written examinations, performance evaluations, lectures, on-the-job training, and re-training. It encompasses facility and procedural updates, safety measures, and operational skills necessary for the safe and effective management of the research reactor

	• Ability to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of reactor operation procedures.
	• Proficiency in manipulating reactor controls, including reactivity manipulations.
	• Awareness of facility design, procedural, and license changes.
	• Demonstrated competence during performance evaluations.
	• Ability to operate the reactor safely and respond effectively to normal and emergency situations
