#	Outcomes
	This course covers the framework, requirements, and implementation of an Environmental Management System (EMS) based on the ISO 14001:2015 standard ("Environmental Management Systems - Requirements with Guidance for Use"). It explores how organizations establish a continuous improvement cycle utilizing the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) model to integrate environmental compliance, pollution prevention, and sustainable practices into daily operations and work planning.
	• Apply administrative and engineering controls to mitigate environmental impacts.
	• Comply with federal, state, and local environmental laws, regulations, and permit requirements.
	• Participate in internal assurance activities, nonconformity tracking, and corrective action programs.
	• Support organizational sustainability goals, emergency preparedness, and climate resilience initiatives
